About this event
Join fellow CTOs on Tuesday 15th September to discuss Hiring, Recruitment, and Retention.
Adam Martin (10 years CTO, author of "Hire The First 100") will be leading a roundtable on challenges, strategies, and tactics for recruiting faster, cheaper, and more effectively in your org.
This is a chance to hear multiple perspectives from other CTOs and tech leads, and to get feedback on your own plans you're considering putting into practice (or have already started). Bring your insights, your ideas, and any challenges and issues you'd like input on. Please let us know on the signup form if there are any discussion points you'd like added to the agenda.
All CTOs and aspiring tech leaders welcome.
This is an online event starting at 1pm BST. This is a London CTOs event in association with CTO Craft. We have run a number of virtual events over recent weeks, previous events have covered topics such as finding your next role, remote tools and transitioning from the tech team to the leadership team. (Videos available on request).
RecWorks are the creators of many groups and communities including Meet-a-Mentor a free slack group that introduces aspiring CTOs to experienced CTOs, as well as more junior developers 2000 introductions made and counting! They also founded one of the largest Java User Groups in Europe the 7000 strong London Java Community. They are a community-driven recruitment agency focussing on tech placements in London.
