Check out this video from the vault from an event we ran in November 2020.

Here is the original synopsis:

About this event

Due diligence seems to be an extremely popular piece of work for interim CTOs and tech advisors. It can be intimidating, even for experienced CTOs given the importance of the role at hand. From our research we have found that this is a lot of variation of the quality, approach and techniques for completing it.

During this roundtable we'll be discussing what good DD work looks like? What bad DD work looks like and some advice for people that are looking to get into more due dilligence projects.

You can expect a lively discussion between experienced CTOs, interims, fractionals and tech advisors. The roundtable will be hosted by London CTOs organiser Barry Cranford.

Who should attend: - Experienced CTOs, interims, advisors with an opinion on the matter - Aspiring/junior CTOs looking to learn more about due dilligence work - Aspiring interim CTOs/advisors looking to get into DD work

This is a London CTOs event in association with CTO Craft. We have run a number of virtual events over recent months, previous events have covered topics such as finding your next role, remote tools and transitioning from the tech team to the leadership team. (Videos available on request).
