About this event
Over recent years we have noticed a surge in interest from CTOs and leaders in tech looking to step into a consulting or interim CTO role. The current situation has led to many people reassessing their priorities and work/life balance.
However the step from permanent to interim is not always an easy or obvious one. Serendipity seems often to play a massive part and can sometimes be the bridge into this new career, but is there another way?
So how do you know if the role and lifestyle is right for you... and is there anything you can do to influence serendipity?
In this roundtable we’ll be digging deeper into the role and the transition into it.
This is a London CTOs event in association with CTO Craft. This is our eleventh virtual roundtable over recent weeks, previous events have covered topics such as dealing with a crisis, finding your next role, remote tools and transitioning from the tech team to the leadership team. (Videos available on request).
You can expect the roundtable to be a lively discussion with questions and specific challenges submitted from attendees, facilitated by London CTOs organiser Barry Cranford and answered by a selection of experienced CTOs and mentors.
Who should attend? - Current CTOs who are intrigued by the role and looking to hear more - Experienced or veteran interims or consultants with battle scars and stories to tell - Aspiring CTOs who see this as a potential future goal
