No team structure is ever going to work 100% of the time, but companies who create a scalable workforce are likely to fare better through the changes and challenges that the Covid/post-Covid, remote/hybrid working era has brought.
But how do you architect a team that will continue to be robust as you scale up? How can you keep hold of your top talent when times get tough? How will the demands on your team change as you go from 5 to 50 developers? And just how can you make architectural decisions with distributed and agile teams?
These are just a few of the questions we’ll be asking a collective of technical leaders as part of our roundtable on architecting teams that scale.
We are taking questions in advance, these will be put to the group during the session and moderated and hosted on Zoom throughout. Feel free to post your questions now using the sign up form or simply sit back and watch.

What's the point: Learning and networking. By bringing people together around this one topic for a focussed session, we hope you will get a chance to learn what others in the space are doing. If you have any burning questions now is the time to ask them, but also to see what other people are wondering. We also hope that you will find other people that share your opinions and can make some connections with kindred spirits with whom you can build ongoing relationships outside of this event.
Who should attend: Experienced and aspiring CTOs, interims, advisors with an opinion on the matter and anyone who works in tech and has responsibility for developing and engaging staff.
