About this event
In this talk, we'll compare the common structure team patterns (Technology Team, Matrix Team, Product Team) and take a look at their strengths and weaknesses. Finally, we'll discuss what you should consider before changing the structure of your team.
About the speaker Stéphane Moreau's background and speciality lie in web development, having worked in startups, consultancies, and larger public organisations.
He is currently an Engineering Manager at Mimecast where his role is to support and help Software and QA engineers grow into world-class engineers and technical leaders, as well as lead the development of their product portfolio by providing technical guidance to their teams and contributing hands-on.
This is an online event starting at 7 pm BST. This is a London CTOs event in association with CTO Craft. We have run a number of virtual events over recent weeks, previous events have covered topics such as finding your next role, remote tools and transitioning from the tech team to the leadership team.
