About this event
This talk looks at the challenges that are preventing agile leadership from being successful in the workplace in 2020 and beyond. As an Enterprise Agile Consultant, Giles Lindsay has identified many of these throughout his 25 years’ experience, working in both small companies and large enterprises.
The talk revolves around several big and common themes, that we as agile champions may face in the workplace and what we should try to do to overcome them, in allowing agile leadership to be as successful as possible.
About the speaker Giles Lindsay is a Technology Leader with over 25 years’ industry experience. He is a Chief Technology Officer, as well as being a Fellow with the Chartered Institute for IT and a Fellow with the Institute of Analysts and Programmers. He’s a long-term Agilist and Enterprise Agile Coach and also a member of the Advisory Council of the PMI Disciplined Agile Consortium. He recently founded Agile Delta, a Business Agility Consultancy.
This is an online event starting at 12.30 pm BST. This is a London CTOs event in association with CTO Craft. We have run a number of virtual events over recent weeks, previous events have covered topics such as finding your next role, remote tools and transitioning from the tech team to the leadership team.
